DOZEN: THE OFFICIAL BARE BONES WORKOUT

Dozen Boxing classes are OPTIMIZED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Through individual progressions, power, and pace, the class will evolve as you DO.

Each 55-MINUTE CLASS begins with a 3 minute warmup and review of the punches. THE “DO” is 12 ROUNDS OF BOXING and bodyweight exercises in quick heats for 45 minutes. Then comes the “ZEN”, a class-culminating 7 minute breathe-in and stretch-out.
